Week Twelve: Screencasting

Not really liking the screencasting. I could see it very useful as showing patrons step-by-step how to look items up on the catalog or placing holds. Other than that I didn't really like it. It seemed to go slow and freeze up alot. I used ScreenToaster. Maybe if I used something else it would work better.

    I am so sorry you had problems with screentoaster! I hate when technology gets in the way of technology. I used to use screentoaster, but switched to Screencast-o-matic. It seemed to work better for me. I used to have trouble with Jing quite a bit, myself. Keep up the great work!
